I'm confused about the fare system. If I buy a Charmflex 20-pack from DC to Baltimore/Penn, can I take the Camden line back to DC (they're the same price)? Are MARC fares interchangeable that way? Is it strictly platform to platform or does the value of the ticket come into play?
